"In the second half of 2019 I was fortunate enough to be chosen to attend two interstate conferences: The Indigenous Health and Justice Conference held in Darwin and the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA) 2019 conference in Hobart."

"In June and July of 2019, I was fortunate enough to join an archaeological dig as part of my Ancient History major. While my major focuses on ancient Egypt, this dig was set in Medieval Ireland – a vastly different location and culture to what I was used to learning about."

PACE experience in Indonesia - Abbey Bertrams, Orange

Not only was it an incredible experience learning about the culture and way of life but we also made many new friends.. A PACE international experience is an invaluable experience and everyone should plan to incorporate one such experience into their degrees.

I came to the Principal, Alasdair, and Dean of Students, Liza, at a point where I was once again at a vulnerable point in my life and unsure what to do. They welcomed me into the family at Dunmore Lang College, which has become my home away from home. Somewhere amongst the welcoming attitude and the security that my problems would never go unheard, I felt a warmth like never before, a familial bond. Before long, I realised that I had never before felt a deep sense of belonging the way I do now in the community at College.
