  • Online Reporting Forms

Online Reporting Forms

In 2025 Dunmore Lang College have partnered with Respect X - an external reporting platform designed to make the reporting process confidential and simple.

The first two links go directly to the Respect X platform to report unwanted behaviour or misconduct.

The third link is an internal suggestion form that can be used for ideas and improvements around College.

Informal Report

"I just want the behaviour to stop without putting the focus on me."

You can make an informal, anonymous report here. Making an informal report can create meaningful impact and lead to multiple positive outcomes.

Formal Report

"This is serious. I want a clear record of investigation."

You can choose to report something through a formal report. Making a formal report gives you more options for the outcome you might want.

Suggestion form

You can submit suggestions and feedback to the College here

Anonymous & Confidential Reporting FAQs

Who does my anonymous report go to?

All reports go to the Dean of Students and the Principal of the College.

If there is an informal report is about a behaviour of a student, will the person find out?

The student will likely be told that there has been an anonymous report, but they won’t be provided specific details or names of anyone involved.

If I add my number, will you or the person I’m reporting find out?

No, even if you add your number, we are unable to see who made the report. We will be able to chat with you directly, but you remain anonymous. This helps us to provide support for you and direct feedback about the outcome of the report.

Can I report more than once?

Yes, absolutely. Please continue to use the reporting forms as often as necessary.

Can I report on behalf of somebody else?

Yes, you can.

What if I want to report a staff member?

The report goes directly to the Principal; no one else will see this report, and the Principal will action your report. If you want to report the Principal, please email [email protected].

What if I want to report something that happened outside of College?

You can, this reporting form is about anything to do with current and past members of the College community.

What happens after I make an anonymous report?

Each individual report will have a different response, including but not limited to meeting with students, disciplinary procedures, and educational pieces sent out to students and on noticeboards. The most important message is that your details will remain anonymous.

Can I get in trouble for submitting an anonymous report?

No, you won’t get into trouble for submitting an anonymous report.

What if there is retaliation after I submit an anonymous report?

If there is any retaliation or you feel like the behaviour is continuing or getting worse, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can help.

What if I change my mind after I submit a report?
