Wellbeing support is available from live-in senior staff, an overnight staff member, a team of senior students (Resident Advisers), and a psychologist who visits once a week for free counselling appointments. Live in an environment where your mental health and wellbeing is important to us.
Dunmore Lang College has a secured perimeter with access via your personal security fob, and your bedroom door has its own lock. Our overnight Community Supervisor is available for any concerns and CCTV cameras are located at external entrances and in common areas.

Dunmore Lang College campus is located at the edge of Macquarie University, and you are never far from where you need to be. We are under a five-minute walk to lectures, the Macquarie Shopping Centre, and the Sydney Metro for easy public transport to the city and beyond.

Study Hall happens twice per week, facilitated by visiting tutors, to promote higher engagement and improved academic outcomes. New students are supported by caring staff and senior students through their transition to living at Dunmore Lang College and adapting to tertiary studies. Fun sessions and events during Orientation Week provide opportunities to make friends, become familiar with College, Macquarie University and Sydney.
There are many communal spaces throughout College for catching up with friends, gaming, playing pool or table tennis, studying away from your own room, grabbing a late-night snack, or attending a formal Dunmore Lang College dinner.
A large park outside the College gate is ideal for a picnic under the shade of a tree, a casual kickaround, or to take a staff member's dog for a walk - they are regular, welcome visitors to College!
