Danielle brings over a decade of experience across operations, transformational change, customer experience, and people and culture advisory, gained through roles in global big four professional services firms and ASX 200 organisations. She is known for her ability to lead complex change, drive strategic outcomes, and foster inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business Leadership and Commerce from Macquarie University. A former resident and scholarship recipient at Dunmore Lang College, and is passionate about supporting access to university for First Nations, regional, and rural students through a safe and supportive college community.
